Directions

Chop the beef into thin strips about 1 inch in length.

Chop and dice the vegetables.

Add vegetables and 3 tbsp of water into stir-fry pan/wok, cook on medium to high heat for 4 mins then remove.

Add the beef and garlic to the same pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the outside of the beef is browned

Return the vegetables to the pan. Add stir-fry sauce and red pepper and heat thoroughly. Add half of the crushed peanuts.

Spoon over rice/noodles. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts over the food, and serve.
