Ingredients

1.5kg boned, skinned chicken

2 cloves garlic

1 peeled and sliced onion

4-6 thinly sliced carrots

1/2 cauliflower

1 bunch broccoli flowerets

3-4 thinly sliced celery stalks

15 snow peas or sugar peas

1 can sliced water chestnuts

1 can bamboo shoots

8-10 sliced mushrooms

Bean sprouts

Ginger

Pepper

Butter

Salt

Soy sauce

Chow mein noodles

Directions

Heat Stir-fry pan/wok and add butter.

Add onion, garlic and celery and sauté until tender.

Add chicken and allow to cook thoroughly.

Add carrots and cook for 3-4 mins.

Add cauliflower, mushroom, peas and broccoli cook for 3-4 mins.

Add the remaining ingredients, add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste, and simmer for a further 3-4 mins.

Serve with rice or noodles.
