Ingredients
300 g Pressed Tofu
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup roasted unsalted peanuts or cashew nuts
3 cups vegetables (carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms)
Sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Cut tofu into ¼” cubes and slice vegetables.
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat pan/wok and add oil.
Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 mins.
Add tofu and stir fry for 1 min until heated through.
Add sauce and cook until sauce thickens add water to alter consistency.
Add peanuts/cashews.
Serve with rice or noodles.
